Always take forever to get through and previous work carried out is always temporary fixes, this is the 6 time time my boilers broke and I can't get through again even currently. I'm tired of having no water

Twenty three days since I emailed Lyndsey Taylor, the contact posted on GGHT website. 1st email I sent on Wed 6th July. Auto reply: I shall be out of the office until Monday 4th July 2016. If it is urgent please contact the Neighbourhoods Team. 2nd email I sent on Thu 7th July. Auto reply: I shall be out of the office until Monday 11tHJuly 2016. If it is urgent please contact the Neighbourhoods Team. Tues 12 July received from Lyndsey: I have just come back off leave – Have you sent a previous email? It is my understanding that there was a problem with our email system whilst I was off and I cant find anything else from you. 3rd email Tues 12 July I sent the original request again. 4th email I sent on 20th July asking what action was being taken with my request. Auto reply: I shall be out of the office until Monday 25th July 2016. If it is urgent please contact the Neighbourhoods Team. 5th email I sent 27th July: 21 days since my first email to you on this subject. Can you please respond to me or let me know who to escalate the matter to. It is now the 29th and still no response. I suppose I'll have to try the neighbourhoods team.

We have lived in our house for more than 40 years, under the control of Newtown, The Council, GGHT, and now Helena..
Like many others, we have endured shoddy, amateurish repair and installation
